6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

After 2 hours, your order may enter our fulfillment process and modifications may not be possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately and include your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Refunds & Returns Policy to return the items for a refund.

Order Cancellation by Top of the Ramp
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• Payment cannot be verified or authorization fails
• Billing or shipping information appears invalid or fraudulent
• Items are out of stock or discontinued
• Pricing errors are identified
• Unusual order patterns or suspected fraud

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
